Because you need to know how to execute the exercises correctly, as well as how not to execute them (the wrong way). For that, you need to have an understanding of exercise biomechanics.

If you do an exercise incorrectly, you miss out on its hypertrophy benefits. This happens because the target muscle isn’t fully engaged, and other muscles may step in, taking away from the work that should be done by the main muscle.

This can also lead to joint pain, or, in more serious cases, injury—particularly in the most common areas: the lower back and knees.

I am an NPC Wellness bodybuilder, certified nutrition coach, and personal trainer.


I specialize in female aesthetics and hypertrophy, with a strong foundation in female anatomy and biomechanics applied to strength training.


My knowledge has been built on years of personal experience, combined with scientific insights on female training and nutrition from renowned professionals around the world.


Since everyone has unique genetics and anatomical shapes, I treat each woman as an individual case. I customize meal and training strategies to meet their specific goals, selecting foods and exercises based on their anatomy and personal needs.
